In accordance with the University’s Guidelines for the Organization and Operation of the Supervisory Committee and the College’s Guidelines for the Organization and Operation of the Management Committee, one student representative shall be elected by the students of the College for each committee.
為推選第二屆監督委員會及第二屆管理委員會學生委員，現公開徵求候選人。有興趣者，請於6月19日（星期五）前完成報名。
To elect the student representatives for the 2nd Supervisory Committee and the 2nd Management Committee, we are now openly calling for candidates. Students who are interested may apply by Friday, June 19.

本次學生代表候選人須為本院目前在學學生，並以第二屆委員任期開始時仍具本院在學身分者為原則。
Candidates must be current students of the College and are expected to retain their student status when the term of the 2nd Committees begins.
第二屆監督委員會及第二屆管理委員會委員任期自116年1月1日起至119年12月31日止。
The term of office for members of the 2nd Supervisory Committee and the 2nd Management Committee shall be from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030.
因本院須於115年度啟動院長連任及遴選相關作業，待第二屆委員會各委員代表確認後，將先行協助辦理院長連任及遴選相關事項。
As the College is required to initiate matters related to the Dean’s reappointment and selection process in 2026, once the representatives of the 2nd Committees are confirmed, they will first assist with related procedures for the Dean’s reappointment and selection.
第二屆委員於任期正式開始前，僅參與院長連任及遴選作業；至於其他學院重大事項，仍由第一屆監督委員會及第一屆管理委員會依其任期及職權辦理。
Before the official start of their term, members of the 2nd Committees will only participate in matters related to the Dean’s reappointment and selection. Other major college affairs will continue to be handled by the 1st Supervisory Committee and the 1st Management Committee in accordance with their respective terms of office and authority.
候選人名單將於6月22日（星期一）公告於本院網站「最新消息」，並開放投票至6月29日（星期一）23:59。當選公告將於6月30日（星期二）發布。
The list of candidates will be announced on the College website under “Latest News” on Monday, June 22. Online voting will be open until 23:59 on Monday, June 29. The election results will be announced on Tuesday, June 30.
