- 畢業後有意願到元太任職者
- 權利義務
- 受獎助生取得畢業證書後三十日內，依元太指示報到任職，但元太仍保有依當時情況決定是否任用之完全權限。若受通知後確認不任用，受獎助生在元太之任職義務即予解除。
- 如於元太服研發替代役，得依元太規定折抵相應服務年限。
- 受獎助生經元太同意任用後，應至元太連續任職一定之期間，並依元太獎助合作合約內容履約。
- 如未履行完整服務年限或任職義務，應於元太通知後十日內返還所有已發放之獎助學金與獎金，不得主張部分免除。

- 初審通過者將於6月安排面試/評議，面談後錄取者，元太將以電話/email通知
- 錄取者須於接獲通知之日起一週內寄回簽署完成的「E Ink獎助學金合約書」正本，逾期視同放棄。
- 獎助學金返還
- 受獎助生於接獲本公司返還獎助學金之通知後，應於十日內以電匯方式匯款至本公司指定銀行帳戶。
- 本辦法如有未盡事宜之處，悉由本公司解釋之。
Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Master’s students participating in the E Ink Industry-Academia Collaboration Program
- Master’s or PhD students from the university or College of Interdisciplinary Industry-Academia Innovation who are not participating in any E Ink industry-academia collaboration project
- Applicants who are not currently receiving any other scholarship that requires a post-graduation service commitment or employment obligation
- Applicants who intend to work at E Ink after graduation
Rights and Obligations
- Scholarship recipients shall report to E Ink for employment within 30 days after obtaining their graduation certificate, in accordance with E Ink’s instructions. However, E Ink reserves the full right to decide whether to hire the recipient based on current circumstances. If E Ink confirms non-employment after notification, the recipient’s employment obligation shall be waived.
- If the recipient serves as a research and development alternative military service member at E Ink, the required service period may be offset according to E Ink regulations.
- Upon official employment approval by E Ink, the recipient shall serve continuously for a specified period in accordance with the scholarship cooperation agreement.
- If the recipient fails to fulfill the required service period or employment obligation, they shall repay all scholarship funds and awards in full within 10 days after E Ink’s notification and shall not request partial exemption.

- Applicants who pass the initial review will be scheduled for interviews or evaluation in June. Successful candidates will be notified by phone or email after the interview process.
- Selected applicants must return the signed original copy of the “E Ink Scholarship Agreement” within one week of receiving the offer notification. Failure to do so will be considered a withdrawal.
Scholarship Repayment
- Upon receiving a repayment notice from the company, recipients must remit the required amount via bank transfer to the designated account within 10 days.
- Any matters not covered in these guidelines shall be subject to the company’s final interpretation.
