\u4f9d\u672c\u6821\u76e3\u7763\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7d44\u7e54\u53ca\u904b\u4f5c\u8981\u9ede\u3001\u672c\u9662\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7d44\u7e54\u53ca\u904b\u4f5c\u8981\u9ede\uff0c\u76e3\u7763\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5b78\u751f\u59d4\u54e1\u4ee3\u8868\u5206\u5225\u7531\u672c\u9662\u5b78\u751f\u63a8\u9078\u5b78\u751f\u4ee3\u88681\u540d\u3002<\/p>

In accordance with the University\u2019s Guidelines for the Organization and Operation of the Supervisory Committee and the College\u2019s Guidelines for the Organization and Operation of the Management Committee, one student representative shall be elected by the students of the College for each committee.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u70ba\u63a8\u9078\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c46\u76e3\u7763\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c46\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5b78\u751f\u59d4\u54e1\uff0c\u73fe\u516c\u958b\u5fb5\u6c42\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u3002\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u8005\uff0c\u8acb\u65bc6\u670819\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e94\uff09\u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u5831\u540d\u3002<\/p>

To elect the student representatives for the 2nd Supervisory Committee and the 2nd Management Committee, we are now openly calling for candidates. Students who are interested may apply by Friday, June 19.<\/p>

Candidates must be current students of the College and are expected to retain their student status when the term of the 2nd Committees begins.<\/p>

The term of office for members of the 2nd Supervisory Committee and the 2nd Management Committee shall be from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030.<\/p>

\u56e0\u672c\u9662\u9808\u65bc115\u5e74\u5ea6\u555f\u52d5\u9662\u9577\u9023\u4efb\u53ca\u9074\u9078\u76f8\u95dc\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u5f85\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c46\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5404\u59d4\u54e1\u4ee3\u8868\u78ba\u8a8d\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u5148\u884c\u5354\u52a9\u8fa6\u7406\u9662\u9577\u9023\u4efb\u53ca\u9074\u9078\u76f8\u95dc\u4e8b\u9805\u3002<\/p>

As the College is required to initiate matters related to the Dean\u2019s reappointment and selection process in 2026, once the representatives of the 2nd Committees are confirmed, they will first assist with related procedures for the Dean\u2019s reappointment and selection.<\/p>

\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c46\u59d4\u54e1\u65bc\u4efb\u671f\u6b63\u5f0f\u958b\u59cb\u524d\uff0c\u50c5\u53c3\u8207\u9662\u9577\u9023\u4efb\u53ca\u9074\u9078\u4f5c\u696d\uff1b\u81f3\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u9662\u91cd\u5927\u4e8b\u9805\uff0c\u4ecd\u7531\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c46\u76e3\u7763\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c46\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4f9d\u5176\u4efb\u671f\u53ca\u8077\u6b0a\u8fa6\u7406\u3002<\/p>

Before the official start of their term, members of the 2nd Committees will only participate in matters related to the Dean\u2019s reappointment and selection. Other major college affairs will continue to be handled by the 1st Supervisory Committee and the 1st Management Committee in accordance with their respective terms of office and authority.<\/p>
