Conditions<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p><p>\u5165\u5b78\u5f8c\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b78\u671f\u5df2\u7e73\u4ea4\u6307\u5c0e\u540c\u610f\u66f8\u53ca\u5207\u7d50\u66f8\u4e14\u7121\u734e\u5b78\u91d1\u65bd\u884c\u8fa6\u6cd5\u689d\u7b2c\u56db\u6b3e\u81f3\u7b2c\u4e5d\u6b3e\u60c5\u5f62\u8005\uff0c\u5f97\u7121\u689d\u4ef6\u652f\u9818\u3002<\/p><p>Students who submitted the <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"53\">&#8220;Advisor Consent Form&#8221;<\/b> and <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"80\">&#8220;Student Scholarship Declaration&#8221;<\/b> during\u00a0 first semester of enrollment, and who do not meet any of the disqualifying criteria listed in Articles 4 through 9 of the Scholarship Implementation Regulations,
